Very punctual. On time for all 3 pick ups, made the day run smoothly without a worry. The van was immaculate, wedding bows, white fluffy seating were a win, nothing was too much trouble, happy to stop for photos too if requested. We will definitely use again. Lovely family business. The booking process was really easy, including an extra ask from us for a stop off that was taken into consideration and planned for really well. Driver was super professional, arrived early, didn't rush us at all and drove us to the venue perfectly - he even had a few bottles of beer for our grooms party that were travelling! Absolute 10/10 for everything, the car was a hit with us and our wedding party, immaculately presented and we wouldn't hesitate to book another car with Keyhole for any future events.

amazing service, the car showed up in plenty of time, we never felt rushed and the driver was happy to give us a little time to get our last minute things done. The driver was kind and helped me and my flower girls enter and exit the car. after the ceremony, me and the groom were getting our photos done and the driver offered to take the flower girls to the reception earlier than planned as they were getting hungry and tired, i am so grateful as this wasnt planned before hand but he made sure everyone was happy and catered to. car was as described and everything was nice and clean, i especially loved the wedding ribbons on the car. great service:)

Communication was great from start to finish. Jim was wonderful. Arrived early, contacted me to let me know and patiently waited in the foyer of the hotel for me to be ready. He was equipped with an umbrella as it was raining, walked me to the car and helped me in and out with my dress and belongings. He was so polite and professional. Even a call on the morning of my daughters wedding to reassure details and confirm arrival time Alan was our chauffeur on the day and nothing was too much trouble, even manoeuvred the car nearer the front door to save the bride walking in the rain Our journey to the church and afterwards to the reception was in complete comfort with his excellent driving skills.
