The driver arrived early. The car was really beautiful. It was just what my daughter wanted.

I booked this car for a surprise for my daughter on her wedding day. It is such a beautiful car. It arrived on time & honestly was stunning! The driver was so lovely & was dressed so smartly! We all felt a million dollars driving along in it. My daughter loved it & her & her husbands wedding pictures look amazing. Thank you so much for such a great experience.

amazing service, the car showed up in plenty of time, we never felt rushed and the driver was happy to give us a little time to get our last minute things done. The driver was kind and helped me and my flower girls enter and exit the car. after the ceremony, me and the groom were getting our photos done and the driver offered to take the flower girls to the reception earlier than planned as they were getting hungry and tired, i am so grateful as this wasnt planned before hand but he made sure everyone was happy and catered to. car was as described and everything was nice and clean, i especially loved the wedding ribbons on the car. great service:)

Communication was great from start to finish. Jim was wonderful. Arrived early, contacted me to let me know and patiently waited in the foyer of the hotel for me to be ready. He was equipped with an umbrella as it was raining, walked me to the car and helped me in and out with my dress and belongings. He was so polite and professional. Thank you for helping make my perfect day so perfect.

From booking to the actual wedding YWC were an excellent company to deal with. Easy to book and pay and excellent communication to give peace of mind. Even a call on the morning of my daughters wedding to reassure details and confirm arrival time Alan was our chauffeur on the day and nothing was too much trouble, even manoeuvred the car nearer the front door to save the bride walking in the rain Our journey to the church and afterwards to the reception was in complete comfort with his excellent driving skills. The service we received on our wedding day was 5 star, ? Alan couldn’t of done more for us when it rained he even brought us umbrellas ?? there were refreshments in the car and tissues (incase) and the fizz on route back was a lovely finishing touch. He was prompt on arrival and knocked on to let us know he had arrived. The car was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend from booking 1.5 years ago to our wedding last Friday communication was great and we even got to choose what colour ribbons on the car to match our wedding colour scheme. we hired the car for my daughters wedding last week and the car and especially Alan the driver were amazing and made the day perfect. He was patient waiting for everyone to be ready and for the rain the slow down to ensure bridesmaid and bride didn't get wet. He was amazing with the newly weds making them feel at ease. I originally booked this service via a third party for my wedding. But from the very first message it appeared this company had no idea what it was doing, thanking me for booking a vehicle I didn’t. Not wanting to take any chances with such an important day, I cancelled via the third party and was refunded. While in the process of cancelling, the company kept attempting to call me so incessantly that I had to block them. But having cancelled and been refunded, I assumed that was the end of the matter. Imagine my surprise and concern when, while I was at a hotel preparing to head to the church, and my wife calls me to tell me in addition to our two expected wedding car, there was a third at our house, from this company, expecting to both collect her and be paid. While our own drivers were dressed in professional attire and the cars decorated for a wedding, this vehicle didn’t even have wedding ribbons on the bonnet, appeared in poor condition, and the driver arrived dressed unsuitably for a wedding. Fortunately, my wife was able to explain that no booking had been made with them and they were neither wanted nor required. But it understandably caused disruption and delays to our day while I contacted the third party to confirm the booking had been cancelled, and that this company had no grounds to demand payment. They were just as confused as everyone else and stated that this company had even acknowledged to them that the booking was cancelled. Needless to say, I have been thoroughly unimpressed by this cowboy outfit and I strongly advise anyone to avoid trusting them with any important event.

I spoke to Stuart, the car owner a couple of days before the event and he put my mind at ease saying he would be at the pick up venue 15 minutes before the time booked. Actually he got to the pick up venue approximately 30 minutes before. As the father of the bride I introduced myself to Stuart and he was very well mannered and very smartly dressed in a suit and tie. The car was incredibly beautiful and very spacious for a brides long flowing wedding dress. At no time did Stuart rush us or try and keep us to any time frame, if anything it was the opposite telling us to take our time and enjoy. He offered to use our phones and take some photos of me and my daughter while we was waiting for the wedding co ordinator to call us into the venue. Overall our experience of this service was excellent and would recommend Stuart and his beautiful automobile to anyone. 10 out of 10 for all of the service and to see the happiness on my Daughters face when seen the car, it was well worth the money I paid. I booked the Merc Benz 350 for my 10 year old grandson so he and other members of the family could turn up to my wedding in style and they weren’t disappointed, the car was immaculate and the driver was so polite and friendly I couldn’t of asked for a better service.
